Bibliography of Singapore Food & Drinks

This being a website on Singapore food history, I find it only appropriate to catalogue a bibliography of books on Singapore food and drinks.  Not only will this include any books published on Singapore food, cooking and drinks, it will also include any books with a substantial section on Singapore food.  The list as I expect will be extensive, and will require research as well as the recommendations of fellow surfers of this site.  Therefore do send me an email (ailing.devadas AT gmail.com) if you know of any books or materials that are not included in this bibliography.  With that, I will also add that this list is never complete as there will be new finds of old books and new books being published, so do check back regularly to get an update!
