Recipes
Trying out a recipe is one of the best ways to get in touch with the history and culture of the food, not to mention enjoying its delicious taste thereafter. In this collection, I have also included recipes which may be more recent but are distinctly innovative Singaporean creations. A fine example of this will be "Yu Sheng", the Chinese New Year Raw Fish Salad. Have fun in your kitchen!
